Friend! Expect the Supreme while you are alive
As long as the soul is in the body! Know it, understand it
Accelerate liberation, in life!
If you do not break the bonds in life –
What hope is there of liberation in death!
Here, in life, you have to attain the Supreme
Your limbs will unite with the Supreme
Above the body! And if you do not find Him
A soul constantly deprived! You will live
in the city of death.
Bathe in the glory of the union with the Lord.
Bathe in truth –
Know your Guru and
establish faith.
The Kabir says, the Guru is the guide of the path and
I am his slave.
